love the simplicity of the Zwilling system and bags. Bags remaining vacuum sealed in the freezer to protect food is not acceptable. I have yet to package any food (not liquid) that has remained vac-packed after a week in the freezer. I'm open to suggestions

We recommend the bags closure must be dry, then fold the bags closure over the outside of the bag, when placing the food inside the Bag.
Zip the bag closed, check the seal by applying light pressure along the sealed edge with your fingers.

The bags can be hard to open if there is grease but honestly not much to be done about that.
