Broke the second time I used it!

I could not remotely believe it. I was sealing the large glass container and the lid broke! I had been extremely careful then I heard cracking and that was it. I'm such a huge fan of this brand; it just seems like their other products last longer

Dream set - while it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving the entire glass vaccum starter set. It definitely keeps your produce and left overs fresher longer. But be careful after roughly 3- 4 days your strawberries remain firm but start having a fermenting taste. I honestly prefer the containers to the plastic bags mainly because the bags are a hustle to clean and reuse. Unfortunately my love affair with this set came to a screeching halt after the vacuum sucked the marinade from the bag and now it inoperable. Only reason I’m not recommending it is the realization that once the vacuum breaks down all the containers and bags are useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is one of the hottest items to date! The amazing vacuum set keeps food fresher up to five times longer. Use the bags for sous vide, marinate anything or freeze your extra soup and stock for months on end. Plus, downloading the Zwilling culinary world app will allow you to monitor the food you store in your bags and containers and when you need to eat it by. I have especially been impressed with how long my fresh herbs have lasted in these bags. I've found that hand-washing is much more friendly towards the bags specifically but the glass containers can take the heat of the dishwasher just fine!

Best Vacuum Sealer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best purchase I did in pandemic situation, the glass looks really strong, and I like the vacuum bags are reusable and have QR code, we really need this for storing bulky meats and left over foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept is great. I love that I can scan the product and keep track of what food is in my fridge. Haven’t used it with food yet so I can’t say how long the food lasts. I’m sure it’ll last longer than a regular storage container since the vacuum works as it says it should. Only concern is all the moving parts of the lid. I’m not sure how well it’ll clean since there are a lot of crevices where food/water/things can hide and will turn moldy if not cleaned thoroughly.
