I especially like that the knife is decently sharp enough to actually make use of it since most flatware knives aren’t. These are decently sharp without being too sharp.

Best silverware we’ve had in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got these as a wedding gift and when we opened them we were pleasantly surprised to find that the handles have a nice heavy feel to them, the butter knives have serrations that are great for anything from chicken breast to steak.
