[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it. It's beautiful. It's strong, not too shiny & oh-so-smooth. Eating anything with the spoons is made better by how smooth they are, and just the right thickness. They are a great weight, nicely balanced, too. A plus on the knives - sharp enough to not need an extra knife on the table. In short, I'm in love with it.

One small flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After carefully unwrapping all the pieces, (very well wrapped for shipping) I noticed the serving fork has a flaw. All the other pieces are beautiful and very sturdy but I would like the serving fork replaced. How do I go about that?
