We don't leave them sitting with acidic food on them, and there is no discoloration from the dishwasher. extremely please with this set, Henckels is a good quality product.

Great everyday stainless

So far I like the set and the weight and the balance and have always thought the Henckels brand was worth the price. I would love to be able to purchase iced tea spoons, seafood forks and extra teaspoons to match.
