Right now it gets a 1 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I charged the unit and went to use it for the first time and it isn't working. I have been on hold for 46 minutes and when I called it said my call would be answered in 2 minutes. Not a great first impression and to not get through to the company is madness. If it gets working or I find that I have a faulty product and I get it replaced and it works I will update my review...so far it is useless and my time is wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice that the mechanical tool is not another large appliance sitting on the counter top. Instead. It can sit in the cupboards, stored away.
