[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the market for a vacuum sealer but didn’t want the big conventional ones because of counter space. When I saw this simple but yet effective sealer I was ecstatic! I love the fact that it’s a 1 piece device that I can throw into the drawer when I’m finished with it.

Love everything but the large bags

I have emailed the company several times about the large bags not sealing & never received any reply. I am not asking for reimbursement, just an acknowledgement that they "might" do something about the product. I will throw away the bags & keep Zwilling in mind when making further purchases.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
