Good clear phone calls are not there

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have had my new phone for a few weeks. when i make or receive calls i am told that my voice is not very clear and that i am garbled. this is the 2nd samsung phone i had. the jv7 gave me the same problems. my galaxy a51 was supposed to correct the bad voice issues and give me good clear calls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No like so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had an s6 prior to purchasing the a51. frankly, i liked my old phone better. it was much easier to use. we needed to update, but, the prices on the phone we liked the best (s10 series) were a ridiculous price. so we settled. right now we have 3 a51's in our home. we are not happy with them thus far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it holds a charge for 4-5 hours only. will have to take it back to see what is wrong. i bought it because my old phone didn't hold a charge so i am a little aggravated that my new one doesn't either.

had an s7. bought this one bc samsung no longer supports or updates that version any more, the phone was definitely struggling. this phone seems to be similar but with better cameras.

Everything I need in a Phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] formerly had moto g5plus. this phone is faster and more responsive, camera takes better pictures with more control over the photography including a macro lens. sound quality when using the phone is great. not using it for music but when listening to a you tube video, sound volume is adequate and quality is good. glad it doesn't have the rounded edges of the galaxy s9 or 10 which makes screen protector installation more difficult and which doesn't appear to have a useful purpose.
I would recommend this to a friend!
