Pleased with the unit itself. Generally purchase flagship devices for personal use. But for dedicated business use. Email, directions, texts for employees I have used several J3s in the past. I decided to upgrade them to the A51 5G for more features. At this point all is well. Disappointed by the lack of included accessories in the box. Even though it comes with a head phone jack it did not include headphones for handsfree. Also there is no included adapter for the usb port to use a thumb drive or other full size usb devices.
