The only 2 things I really don't like about this phone is the Samsung pay pop up at the bottom. Its annoying and in the way. The phone is so slick I can't hang onto it. It it had a little texture it would be so much easier to hang onto when I'm trying to use it.

Great phone for the price. Large screen, easy to navigate. So far so good. Only problem is I cannot recieve pictures through text messages anymore since I have upgraded to this phone. I have to jump off my wifi, and redownload the picture. Sometimes I get a blank picture box so I know someone sent me a picture. I don't know if it is a phone setting or because my phone is on 5g network now. Will research it after holidays.

Had phone 2 days and got hit by a shopping cart. Pulled purse off arm, phone fell short distance to floor. It shattered and broke phone. Should not have shattered. Poor quality glass.

Great phone, but the SA8 had a feature where you could unlock and open the screen just by touching the bottom of the screen. I have a special needs son who has limited mobility, and this phone does not have this feature. Other than that, a great phone.

I usually delay phone upgrades as much as possible. When my phone was damaged, I had no choice but to choose one within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at how much samsung has improved their phones. Even the data transfer was flawless, keeping all my settings down to my background image.
