Not impressed with this phone

my phone is very slow, when i'm playing games it shuts off, when i'm browsing it shuts off and it gets hot really fast

this is my first samsung phone and i really wished i exchanged it. i cant fid a portrait setting on my camera. i just think its absolutely absorb how yo have to screen shot. and honestly the battery is not that great.

Slow start up and slow to response

Went from a 9+ to the A51. The A51 actually takes forever to wake up or slow to connect after being turned off for charging. Screen is non responsive at times and the battery life is less then my Galaxy 9+

Do not waste your money on this phone ~ Junk

i was excited to get the samsung a51 phone last week ~ i missed samsung after being with apple 3 years - however ... not sure what i missed ?!!
the screen was cracked 2 days after i got it, pop up ads were driving me batty, it would not hold a charge ~ & finally giving up due to my apple watch not being compatable - iphone se 2020 is awesome
never again samsung

very disappointed that my text message icon does not show show that texts have arrived ( nor how many)
in general a nice, good looking phone but some klunky operation.

This is the 3rd or 4th Samsung phone I've owned and once again, I'm a little disappointed. Just not the most user friendly. My aspects are confusing and/or unnecessary.

My finger print never works neither does the eye recognition. I cannot figure out how to turn it off and yes I have listened and watched the tutorials.Nothing works.This is the last chance for Samsung.
