Preloaded software is atrocious, and unable to remove or disable. Constant unwanted notifications, again, no way to disable them either. This phone is set up for the company's benefit, and not yours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I replaced the Galaxy S10+ with this phone. I've had this not quite two weeks now. I'm loving it. It has a few differences from my previous, but I'm adjusting. The transfer of information from phone to phone was seamless. Cases are a little hard to find so far, but not impossible. I could have ordered one when I purchased the phone, but honestly I was just to cheap to do that. I don't require all the bells and whistles on some phone. It's a great working, less expensive option.
