I like the phone, but it was not compatible with my old phone, so could not transfer anything from my old phone to the new phone, i.e., contacts, email, facebook, pictures, etc.

This is a good phone. Don't know how it compares with the latest from Samsung, but compared with the Galaxy S5 that it replaced, it certainly was a great upgrade. And compared to my S8, it still is a very good phone.
