so far, i like my phone. only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the zoom picture quality doesn't seem great. otherwise i am happy with the device.

Perfect size and love the cameras

this is an amazing samsung product its very user friendly its sleek and its not to big or to small the cameras were awesome for christmas pictures, its fast you can have multiple windows open and it still operates the same samsung has always been the best in electronics i think and this phone yet not the most expensive is definitely worth the money its a quality piece of technological artwork just sayin i love it...

not at all happy with the a51 my old phone was better. this thing is slow to download. videos coonstantly stall

Not what I expected.

i hate the bloated, proprietary pushing junk that samsung is. i have to use two different app stores to update apps. i'm forced to allow samsung access all the google apps i've been using, notes, calendar, internet, photos or i get to have google and all of samsung proprietary copies. i don't use the google assistant except for some novelty things. i sure as heck don't need that bixby garbage pushed at me. i suppose i've come to appreciate vanilla android. i am not impressed with the samsung experience.

Not user friendly

i use my phone for phone, text, voice search, calendar mostly
the volume controls stink - a laborious process, can't set for all time. i hate bixby. i want my "hey google" to help me with directions, finding places, answering my other questions. you can't choose how and when you want specific notifications - i.e. i don't want to have my notification tell me i sent a text. very annoying since i have a ringtone. there is no "help" on the phone. you search a term and it says "no results".
next phone will be something other than samsung or motorolo. hate the thought that iphone is all that's left.
