bixby came on while trying to take screenshot, locked me out couldn't uninstall bixby but did disable then icon remained on screen...then again while trying to take another screenshot something elsr came on talking telling me to hold button down then double tap fortunately i was on my way to retun it, the sales clerk was able to finally turn it off. didn't like it at all, not as good as my s7 ...also if on a call if you didn't keep it glued to your ear screen would light up and do whatever same thing would happen if you were putting it in your pocket even if you turned the screen off..

I wish I had my Galaxy S7 back

the voice recognition while texting is pathetic. even if you speak very s-l-o-w-l-y and google voice doesnt work on texting.recognizes maybe 2 out of 10 simple words. does not recognize punctuation. if you want to add a ! at end of sentence. it spells out exvlamation point. if you text a lot, practice up on your typing.
also added extra step to correcting text. instead of volune keys on right side so you can adjust volume on a call, they moved to left next to power button.
if you google - a51 voic recognition problem. you will see tons of complaints. instead if spending money on the 4 cameras. they should have invested in some good voice recognition software like the s7 had.

The speed and ease of using the phone.

i really like the speed and the really easy to use system. i wish the battery would last longer is the only problem i have with this phone.

Great phone except for one missing feature..

i like the samsung a51 mostly, but i do have an issue with the lack of the iris scan in the biometric security scan options. i am 74 years old and have very little fingerprints left. trying to get a print to scan is next to impossible. my galaxy s8+ had the option of iris scan, but the a51 does not. this is not good. i don't know why samsung does not offer that option on the a51.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this phone thinking it would be a good fit however i been through 2 of this model and on my 3rd one the first one the video component went bad the second one the touch delay wasn't good now on the third one so far i'm okay however it doesn't work well with other galaxy models when it comes to facebook i'm not happy with this at all

Impressive phone at impressive price

i've had my a51 for 6-7 months now, and its been rather smooth going. the phone puzzled right in with the rest of my samsung products for a nice device to device interface experience. the cameras are great. the phone has a unique design on the back side. big screen with great bright crisp view. can't beat it for the price. i do however, struggle to keep it charged. i feel like its on the charger a lot despite using the original charger, battery drains way to fast. could be a little speedier as well. but very minor suggestions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
