I purchased one of these lighting units last year. Used it to start seeds for the garden. Great product---the seeds sprouted in record time. The light unit is designed to allow you to raise the light as the plants grow. Liked it so much, I purchased second one to expand the garden for next year!

This light panel is the best. My seedlings are behaving like they are basking in the May sunshine. They are incredibly strong, stout, with fat, thick green leaves and strong, thick stems. They look 10 times better than any start you'd buy anywhere. I could not be more pleased.

Good product. Easy to setup and works out of the box in a couple of minutes. Just wish it had a timer, as you will probably want one. Works well to grow plants and herbs in a closet.

The panel works really well, and adjusts up as the plants grow. I wish it had a power switch so that it could be turned off at night and on in the morning without having to unplug and plug it in.

Works well for chard, arugula, lettuce radishes, in mason jar Kratke systems. I wish the legs were higher. Chard will need a higher light. The legs, when at full height will be just barely high enough, and they are a little flimsy, but that is a minor problem, because I I can hang the lights if needed.
