It’s really good perfect for plants and seedlings, only thing it’s kinda flimsy on the leg part . It’s not that big of a deal though I still love it.

Plants respond very well to these lights, easy to set-up and use. You can hang the light, but I prefer to use the stand which can be easily moved.

This 45 watt grow light is very good, however it is too low and has unstable legs. I did raise the legs by adding support under the legs.
