Panel itself is nice. Transformer is cheap and blew within two weeks. I tried to notify Aerogarden with no avail. I like their products but will try to find better quality replacement led light sources.

I was shocked by how flimsy the legs are. The whole unit sways easily left-to-right because the legs are not stiff enough for the weight of the light itself. I’ve used AeroGarden products for years and they have been of stellar construction. Not this product. I really was shocked by the poor engineering. The light itself works well, but the legs are not at all stable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The power supply is very hot after it’s ON for a while, wish the light have a timer to control this issue. I have to purchase a timer separately.

Great Features Lousy Instructions

The instructions are so basic and lacking in detail I had to search for a video on how to assemble. And I still haven't found the connection to power the lights.
The supports are shipped with the attach points rotated upside down from the position that they need to be in to attach them to the light panel. And the instructions don't show where the power is to be plugged in.
They are otherwise elegant looking and functional; more so if I can figure out how to power them, I'm sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!
