The sound is clear and default bass level is excellent. There was an issue with aux connectivity, but micro usb cable fixed the issue. The design of volume control is absolutely gorgeous

Great sound BUT one BIG negative

I love the sound quality of these speakers. It's fantastic! But the big gripe I and many others have is the speakers have a really annoying notification sound played at a high volume, whenever the device is turned on/off. Despite having a micro-USB port on the back, Logitech has chosen to ignore the many customer complaints asking for a firmware update to silence that noise.
I know this does sound like a minor complaint, but over time, the sound becomes increasingly annoying, especially for anyone needing a quiet environment for work/parenting. Such a shame to have this great product with an Achilles heel. Hopefully Logitech will consider developing an easy firmware patch fix.

Stuttering Issues

Bought these from another seller but was having a hard time leaving a review. I loved these speakers, keyword being "loved" they started off working really well and I loved them especially the wireless volume control. However, recently I started having issues where the audio is stuttering or skipping. I thought it was the streaming service I was using but it happens on anything that plays audio. I have tried multiple things to maybe try and fix the issue such as uninstalling the audio drivers, re-connecting the device and other methods as well. I have tried other speakers (not Logitech) and don't have any issues.
