Must have Batmobile

This is it, the batmobile of all batmobile! It was a difficult but worthwhile built. It took about 5 hours with a lunch break in the middle. The mechanics of it are finicky so make sure you take your time there. This is NOT something you want to take apart to fix. This is sitting in my library and always seems to strike up conversation. Highly recommend this set.

Built while watching Batman, doesnt get any better

Great piece, not too difficult to build (average difficulty). Great watching it come together, would only have wanted the pop up guns to shoot something out of them. Its a minor thing and did not take away at all my enjoyment while building or after while showing it off.

Very strong presence from afar and up close, this is the type of design that will make your chest stick out! It comes in a perfect size box with additional packaging that I could not have done better myself, really like that there's a box inside of a box to give it extra freshness. For the most part it's all black and beautiful, not to mention how nice the manual is. Absolutely GORGEOUS when complete and MASSIVE! A lot of pieces but simplified because it's not a technic model, it's an exclusive which makes it even better. Beautiful rims and tires, it has the original look of the 1989 batmobile plus a new touch to it! I hope this is what the batmobile looks like in the future Batman movies cause it would be an epic mix of a Keaton/tumbler combination. Best Christmas gift I've gotten in a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve loved legos ever since I was a little kid. And now I’m a big kid with my own kid that likes legos too. Saw this batmobile from the 89 Batman movie and had to get it. Took me quite a while to get it all put together and finished though. But definitely worth it. It’s the biggest and most complicated LEGO set I’ve ever done and loved it.

Probably the most fun build I've done to date. Much more interesting than the re-release of the Falcon. Would seriously love to see this level of UCS build for the Ecto-1 and the BTTF Delorean.

A really nice model to build, took two weeks, was in no hurry. Found a piece missing in bag #19, but Lego quickly sent me replacement. My only complaint is the pop off doors over the machine guns. I think really "cheap". It would have been great to have double opening doors over each gun.
