Great build

This build was actually very fun! I completely it over a weekend (with a few breaks/sleep in between) and loved every second of it. Couldn't recommend a build more than this (as of writing this). Super fun. The actual vehicle is pretty dense. Wish the mini figures would actually be to scale to the vehicle but still love the set.

Amazing lego

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this lego a few weeks back and was waiting to have a few days off just in case it would take me a while to build. I finally decided to do it and was amazed. The Batmobile is definitely a challenge and Im pretty good at putting things together. For me the biggest challenge was that a lot of the pieces were black so everything looks the same but once i figured it out i kept it moving. From beginning to end it took me 11 hours to put 3300 pieces together. I did not build this all in one day it was in 2 days. 8 hours the 1st day and 4 the second day. It is definitely a beautiful masterpiece. The stand that it comes with allows you to turn the car around for viewing and keeps the car in place. All in all this was the best build Ive had so far.

Beautiful model but challenging to build properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model car is beautiful, but much more difficult to build than expected. It is very large( about 20 inches long) and requires over 20 bags of parts to assemble. We are 20% completed thus far at about 2 weeks time so it probably will take about 10 weeks total time for us to finish. My teenage daughter work on this on the weekends when we have lots of time which is necessary to do correctly. We have completed 103 stages of parts assembly out of over 600 stages of parts to assemble that are pictured in the book. We have completed the full length of the bottom of the car and some of the pieces attached up from the bottom. The pictures are not great in 3D form to piece together the proper alignment of some of the bigger pieces for attachment. This car requires a lot of patience and focus to not make mistakes in construction. I look forward to finishing this car because the styling is very beautiful artistically.

Love this Batmobile!

I grew up on Batman ‘89 and The Animated Series. This set was such a great experience to make. I went all out on it and built it over the course of two days. Started one night and stayed up until the morning working on it.
Made a whole night of it and finished all of season five of Kim’s Convenience while building lol. Then went to sleep and finished it later that day. While I finished the back half I watched Batman ‘89 and finished it off with some Modern Family lmao.
Very enjoyable experience and I hope I can get the Batwing to match it soon.

This set is an absolute must purchase!! I'm not a huge batman fan, but when I saw this, I knew I needed it. Build techniques are great. Minifigs are perfect. Just an overall great set!!

1989 Batmobile

So the Batmobile, had to have it. I have built many Technics sets, I must say, this one was a lot of busy work, the only real work was building the front end, the rest was filling up unused space, oh well, but my biggest problem is the coating of my bricks, the luster is very dull, and it hold fingerprints,just can not seem to wipe them clean, any suggestions? I have this nice looking car on my shelf full of fingerprints, again please help.

This set is a great value display piece for any collector. This batmobile was the first set I got that branched out past starwars and I couldn’t be happier with it. From a display perspective, it is very impressive but not overly in-your-face, the way other sets are. It’s sleek design makes you second guess whether it is even LEGO or not and the building process was super fun for my girl friend and I! I have since gotten a few other Batman sets because I was so impressed with this set.

I was disappointed that I missed out on the Tumbler so I made sure to scoop this one up in a hurry, it's even better since it's from the original Batman movie! It took some time to build but it was well worth it. I had to get the Batwing to go along with it of course.
