The Difference is what made this!

I literally just purchased this kit a few hours ago. I loved putting it together. The biggest reason is that it is so different from all the others. It will look great with the fishing store. My only wish was that it had more "water" lego pieces. Not enough of a concern to give it less than the highest rating!

A great addition

I bought this set as desk art at work and I couldn’t be more happy. It went together well, the bottle itself was the only challenging part to it because there isn’t quite as much rigidity while asembling it. Once it’s together it’s great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I figured out about this set, I instantly fell in love. It's one of those sets that would never have been made unless it was through Ideas. I'm so glad it was approved! The build was quite complex in some areas, but it was a ton of fun overall! It's a brilliant display piece and conversation starter. I highly recommend it!

This is incredible. The play experience is not too great because it is a bit too fragile to actually play with. But, it is an amazing collectible piece and my sons love to just simply look at it. I'm extremely hopeful Lego will release more Ship In A Bottle sets and create an entire collection! Surely this is already being considered ;)

I really enjoyed putting this set together. Attaching the neck of the bottle to the bottle can be a little challenging, but overall it went great. It makes a great display piece and I get lots of compliments on it.

Great activity for Mum & Dad

The ship in a bottle was clearly designed for a couple, when you need to build at least two of everything.
It was brought as a gift and my partner and I sat down for 3 hours and spent some quiet time helping to piece it together.
I did not believe it was possible for 921 pieces to come out of something that looked so easy, but you got me.
What I also found challenging was the clear Lego pieces, which all had to be built to make the base of the bottle. Silly me thought it came in larger blocks.
But we had fun and it was well worth the money. My only problem is I have children who will destroy it and I'm unsure about taking it all apart just to glue it together or not.

I’m really glad to hear that you and your partner are enjoying this set! Sounds like it allowed for a few solid hours of quality time, which is always great. This set was designed for display not for playability in mind.
We don’t recommend ever introducing adhesives to the brick. Over time the ingredients in those substances could potentially disrupt the integrity of the brick. I would recommend to keep this set high up or on a shelf available for display.

We have 4 Autistic sons, so Lego is a major factor in our home. Our kiddos love a variety of sets and this one was no different.It was Unique and we would love to see more like it.
