It stopped working after 9 months. I spent a full month going back and forth with Ezviz Support via email.
They stopped replying so I asked, What am I supposed to do (while I'm still under 1 year warranty?)" They told me to take it up with Best Buy.
I travelled 50km where Best Buy told me I should send it back to Ezviz since it's more than 30 days past purchase. Never Again!
Back to Amcrest on Amazon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
