Water is better tasting. Like

Water is better tasting. Like the pitcher unique design. One comment tho, the handle could be set a little lower on the pitcher and maybe beefed up a little.

Great jug

Great tasting water. Still working on how slow to have the stream of water so that it fills the jug without me having to start/stop the faucet .

Looks nice, flawed design

I couldn’t get the bottle filter compartment open. I can hardly reach the inside filter to remove. It takes forever to filter and fill. Doesn’t hold much in the pitcher. Would love my money back. Luckily it’s just for my desk but I will still buy a different brand once I’m done using the filters. I do not recommend this pitcher.

I love how the container is quick to fill & how fresh the water tastes. The color is nice & visually pleasing.

Great water, awkward design.

Pros: The water tastes great, and I like knowing that it's super-filtered.
Cons: The height of the pitcher makes it hard to fill from the tap, it's awkward to hold the top flap open while filling, and you can't tell if it's full until it overflows. And the position of the handle makes it a little unwieldy to pour.

Acceptable Quality
on August 29, 2022

I've owned a couple of water filters: Brita and Aquasana. The LifeStraw water filter is very similar to these units. What I don't like about the Life Straw is the extreme slowness of the outflow of water from the pitcher plus some of the water from the spout leaks with the filtered water making me think that some of the water didn't get filtered. I don't know if this statement is true. Overall, I feel LifeStraw is just ok. Nothing great! The taste of the water is very difficult to describe as to me it taste like plastic. Compared to the two water filters mentioned, the difference is the cost. LifeStraw is quite expensive!

Love my water pitcher SO

Love my water pitcher SO much!!! It’s the purest tasting water I just feel so safe drinking it! And the rubber base is also great protection and keeps it stable on my kitchen counter as well as protecting it from any kind of damage.

Fundamentally Flawed
on September 2, 2022

This is a great filtered water jug, however there's a fundamental flaw in the design where the base develops small vertical cracks that leak water. This has happened to both jugs we purchased within a month. They really shouldn't be selling this as it appears others have experienced the same thing. That being said, we like the product enough that we're willing to try the glass version.
