TAKES TOO LONG TO FILL UP A GLASS. NOT ENOUGH WATER IS EMITTED FROM THE SPOUT SUFFICIENTLY QUICK. ALSO, MAKE IT EASIER TO DISASSEMBLE

Safety in the Suburbs

We recently had a water main interruption when street repairs ruptured the pipe and out part of town had a boil order. I did boil our water and cool it, but the residue was disgusting. It was so nice to be able to run out through my Life straw.

Love this product. Water tastes great.
Everything is great except order process. I really wanted the silicone base and my order got messed up probably because of holidays and it was busy.
