Great water pitcher

Size and taste is awesome. Switching from a Brita pitcher so the speed is slower but it's getting a lot more out of the water which is great :) since the filter is down the center of the pitcher it stops filling the reservoir once it's at the same level.
Just having a minor adjustment period getting used to the new pitcher's quirks ;) Purchased a 2nd pitcher as a present for mom. She never used Brita pitcher before, for the last year has been buying the gallon jugs from the store. She is extremely happy. She says the taste is wonderful, the convenience is awesome, and it looks good and can be used with company. Overall, our family is very satisfied with this product and would recommend

My pitcher has a leak

You’d get a rave review for water quality but I’ve noticed my pitcher (order #446536) has a small leak at the bottom on the front seam. Please replace? This leak is not a consequence of normal wear and tear, breakage or damage from dropping, or damage from accidents, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), lost or stolen products, neglect, disassembly, alterations, and external causes such as thermal or environmental conditions. Honest.

This is our second time buying this pitcher. It's wonderful! It's practical and it holds plenty of water while still being manageable to hold and pour. I highly recommend this product and LifeStraw as a whole.

Went from a Brita to a LifeStraw. The difference in taste was immediately noticeable. LifeStraw hands down. Unfortunately the shape of the 10-cup pitcher makes pouring water difficult as the handle is high and all the weight is on the bottom. Solid water, lacking product design.

I have been buying your products for years(from you website and on Amazon). The last pitchers i have bought are scratched with cracks and appear dirty. Please get back to making quality pitchers. Sorry I can't add photos .

New Water Filter

I had heard about LifeStraw from a friend and was very excited to change water filtration systems, especially one that filters out microplastics. I am, overall, happy with the new filter, but I have found the design of the handle surprisingly bad. The handle is very thin, and very high up on the body of the pitcher. I imagine people with hand or wrist mobility issues, and especially elderlly people who may not have much hand or arm strength, would have a very hard time lifting this pitcher. A thicker, more ergonomic handle placed further down the body of the pitcher to offset the weight of the water would make it much easier to use.
