Last year I bought 2 dispensers because we wanted to filter the tap before putting it through the distiller for our humidifier as well as for our own drinking.
Taste: I personally didn’t like the taste at first compared to the Brita, but eventually came anround. And compared to a Samsung fridge dispenser I prefer the fridge taste - but that isn’t as healthy.
Speed of Filtration: It’s really slow at first and when you replace filters. Just be patient. Fill it up, walk away for 30 minutes, come back to it and fill again.
Overfill/Spilling: Try and make sure when you are filling the filters you don’t over fill. I don’t mean past the max fill line in the filter part. I mean overall. Sometimes I will fully fill up the filter housing portion when my dispenser is too full to hold all of it. I’ll walk away from a dry counter and come back to it being flooded. I truly don’t understand how it forces water through the filter past capacity, but it does. That extra water flows out of the little cut out handle parts and floods the counter. So be careful and mindful!
Dispensing Speed: It depends. At full and half full, it takes about 30 seconds to fill up my 1 L water bottle. The lower the water level the slower it is. We’ve started just taking the filter compartment off and dumping the filtered water into a pitcher for faster filling of other things if we’re doing a lot at once or for the distiller.
Replacing Filters: Is honestly a bit of a pain just because of how snugly everything fits together. I don’t have the best grip strength though so it may be easier for stronger people. The carbon is not that bad but the membrane is the tricky one. Good thing you only have to replace that every 6 months!
Why I knocked off the star: The dispensing speed can be really annoying. While we came up with a solution, having to pull apart my dispenser and dump the water into a separate container is more work than I should honestly have to do. If you are using normal sized cups and bottles you likely won’t be bothered by it. I just have 5-7 1L water bottles I need fill everyday between my partner and I.
The second point, we are nearing a year since purchase and start of use (it is mid Oct 2022 and we got them mid Nov 2021) they are LEAKING! The dispenser tab/switch is leaking/dripping. It started earlier this month with one of them and I managed to get it to stop by gently pushing the bottom of the button back in. But that no longer works and both units are leaking/dripping. We have to have them both sitting over the sink now which is not very convenient. I’m not sure if there is some build up (because there was on the underside of the dispenser lip) in the mechanism that’s causing the dripping? I’m really hoping I don’t have to purchase 2 whole new units. I don’t mind filter costs but if I have to replace the whole dispenser every year that’s really costly and wasteful, especially from a company trying to change stuff like that.
Overall: I do love these dispensers. My gripes come from using them SO MUCH and if you use them a more normal amount I doubt you will have the issues I do.

The first water pitcher I bought from them ended up leaking. When I reached out to costumer service they were extremely helpful and kind. They sent me a replacement for my water pitcher and it works great. The water quality is amazing and I would recommend this product to everyone I know!

Love it and the water tastes cleaner... there's just 2 things that bother me..

We have had our dispenser for about a month. It is great, water tastes cleaner and feels better. The dispenser holds a lot more water than I had expected. However, there are 2 things that bother me-- the water seems to come out super slowly. Also, the spout will not stay depressed, so filling filling up a coffee pot or water bottle takes really long time and you have to hold the spout down the entire time. It seem to work and stay down on its own for a little bit, it is now not staying down and has to be held down. Is this normal?

Wanted to like it... but it leaks

I really wanted to like this product - great form factor, technology and I like the company and their mission. Customer service was also great on my first interaction with them.
However, I think there must be a design flaw in the valve for the Home Dispenser. After using the product for a few weeks, it started to leak. First a drip or two, then eventually we had to elevate the unit to put a cup underneath that had to be emptied every couple of days. I let customer service know and they were great - sent out a replacement unit right away.
Unfortunately, after a month or so, the second unit now leaks as well.
I reached out again to customer service, but haven't heard anything back (after 7 days as of this review)
