We love this water purifier. The water tastes amazing and it looks terrific sitting on our kitchen counter. Was super easy to set up. It is so much better than the brand we had been using for several years. So glad we switched!!

Love the look of the pitcher and it really does make the water taste better, but I have to say I’m drinking less water because it filters so slowly compared to your usual water filter.

Drips all day….

Unfortunately this dispenser started dripping like crazy after a month or two use. I love lifestraw and I really wish this would work but there’s nothing I can do to stop the drip so it’s really not usable. I’ve given up….

I own the large dispenser, the pitcher, and the stainless steel water bottle, and they work remarkably well. I have NTM chronic lung disease and feel so happy and protected drinking clean, filtered water now. Thank you Lifestraw for your excellent products!!

Leaks

Had this produce since March 2022, worked great, its now Sept and the leaking from the spigot gets worse day by day. Seeing this happens to a lot of others, so it seems like people are getting faulty units.

The design could be a little better, the spout would work better if designed a little differently. Also the opening at the top should be able to click shut as not to open so something can fall into the pitcher. I will continue to support this company for the good work they are doing.
