My only complaint is the button to dispense water breaks easily. After less than a month the button will not stay pressed and you have to hold it down while you pour water. I wish it was more of a flip up or down tab like on the brittas.

Love how nicely designed this pitcher is! It does a great job of filtering out the chlorine taste and other unidentifiable weird after taste from our tap water.

The button you press for water does not stay pressed. Holding the button to fill a tall glass, or pitcher is not what I expected & am disappointed.

Over designed under performs

Slow water filtering, slow water out of the spout. The canisters water spout is over designed, it's pretty but, it pours slow and it drips, the toggle type spout may have been a better way to go. The handles with the cut out have rough edges which you feel when you lift the container. The slide door on the top is annoying, why not a top that removes completely? On the good, the water tastes great.

Dispensing Spout Leaks

I’m on my second home dispenser. The first one started leaking after around six months. Lifestraw sent me a replacement which has started leaking 3 months later. Do not recommend.

So I love my life straw. The water tastes SO GOOD and it holds a lot of water. The only downside is that I’ve had it since late December 2021 and now the spring that holds the spout closed is getting weaker. It leaks if we don’t push it.

The first one I got leaked and wasted the water constantly. The company was kind and replaced it for free. Now, the second one also leaks and drips, wasting a lot of water. And, to top it off, the entire spring-loaded water spigot completely came off and waited nearly the entire container of water. While I like the filtered water it provides, the counter top model is complete junk. Useless after 2 months.
