Great taste, great filter -- wish water came out faster

I purchased this filter a few weeks ago. So far, it's been great! The water tastes amazing. The one con for me is that the water is dispensed very slowly. I drink a LOT of water due to a medication I take. It can take awhile to fill up a glass or a water bottle. I have been taking off the top of the pitcher and pouring it into my water bottle so it comes out easier, but the way the pitcher is designed makes water spill out the sides if you do that. Other than that, I'm pleased with the purchase.

The dispenser doesn’t fit in

The dispenser doesn’t fit in my fridge properly, you have to pull it out every single time to use it, and it scratches my fridge every time i pull it out. The spout should be bigger, it dispenses the water very slowly. Every time you click the dispenser, the whole container pushes back, so you need two hands and have to put your cup down on something lower than the dispenser. Ease of use is definitely not there.

The Spigot Ruins It!

From a filtration standpoint, this dispenser is great. The water tastes clean and fresh. However, the spigot on the dispenser is horrible! A weak weak stream takes minutes to fill up any cup. This would definitely be a 5 star review if I could easily access my water! The engineering team needs to revisit their design to make the water flow faster.

Slow stream but good water

It was definitely an investment but worth it to have constant purified water. In my home we don’t like to use a lot of plastic water bottles, so this was a good option. Only downside with this is the spout. The water comes out very slow. Not sure what it is with spout that cause it to come out slow even if you push down on it all the way, it is still slow.

Great Filter, Bad Design.

The taste and quality of the water is the redeeming quality of this pitcher. The water does taste better than other filters and I like that it removes so much.
However, the dispenser is poorly designed. The spout is painfully slow and you have to hold it down the whole time even if filling large water bottles. The spout needs to be bigger to let more water through and shouldn’t require I press it as I fill. The handles are a big issue as they are open when the lid is off. This means that if your dispenser is full and you pick it up water will likely spill everywhere. It’s a bad design.
I’ve ended up filtering my water through the LifeStraw filter and pouring it into my old Brita dispenser.
