Absolutely inconvenient. Takes too long to fill (refill takes an hour). When you put it in the fridge or wherever it moves around as you try to pump the water out.

Absolutely love this filtering pitcher, but the flow rate out of the spout is really slow :( but that is the only thing I don't absolutely adore about this dispenser!!

Love the water, but not the flow speed

I love the concept, but the speed at which the water comes out and the design of the push button need improvement. The water tastes great, clean, I can truly tell a difference. I ended up ordering a picture style to replace it because it dispenses so slow.

It looks well made. The water taste better. And I noticed my husband doubled his water intake. The filter change cost isn’t vastly different than other filters.

I hate the dispenser, it is hard to press the button, basically needs two hands, and dribbles out so slowly that I avoid using it. Wish I had gotten the pitcher instead so I could just pour it.
