I really like this product and feel like it does it’s job of filtering out any contaminants, and it’s very easy to set up and use. The only complaint I have is that the water dispensing mechanism is pretty slow and takes a while to fill up bigger cups or water bottles. I resorted to taking the lid off and scooping the water out and pouring it into my water bottle because it takes so long to fill it up otherwise.

My original pitcher began to have tiny cracks on the bottom and started leaking water. I reached out to customer service and they replaced my whole pitcher and sent a silicone base to prevent this in the future. I love the style of the pitcher and you can tell with how helpful they are that their mission is to make sure customers are taken care of.

It’s ok. The water tastes

It’s ok. The water tastes better so I’m satisfied there, but the major frustration is how SLOW the spout pours. It’s a trickle really.

Poor design.

The spigot design on the spigot is poor and awkward to dispense any water. It slow and usually requires a lot of force to do something that is main function of this water dispenser. If I had known this issue with the spigot design I wouldn’t have bought this.

I bought this because of its ability to filter out all the nasty pollutants that are in municipal water. Chlorine, forever chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plus all the creepy crawlies like giardia etc. The one thing I'm not too hip on is the spout, if you call it that. It's kinda hard on my delicate fingers to hold it any length of time, like filling my kettle. Nope. Don't like it. It filters slow, & pours slow, but hey that's OK. I have Lifestraws in my 'go bag', but I haven't used them yet. Overall, I'm pleased with the pitcher & the taste of the water. There are soo many stupid things you have to be on the lookout for these days. It's nice to know at least my drinking water won't kill me, at least I hope not. Thanks for the great product.

This thing is great. A little bit of process in the beginning but once ya got it set up it’s wonderful. Clean water you can trust! Affordable and sleek - I sell all my loved ones on it.
