leaking spouts

first dispenser leaked from spout. lifestraw warrantied it and the new ones spout sticks and leaks unless I can get it to seat just right. Maybe time to re design the spout. the filtration is good so it would be great if it was a better designed dispenser.

I've owned a couple of water filters: Brita and Aquasana. The LifeStraw water filter is very similar to these units. What I don't like about the Life Straw is the extreme slowness of the outflow of water from the pitcher plus some of the water from the spout leaks with the filtered water making me think that some of the water didn't get filtered. I don't know if this statement is true. Overall, I feel LifeStraw is just ok. Nothing great! The taste of the water is very difficult to describe as to me it taste like plastic. Compared to the two water filters mentioned, the difference is the cost. LifeStraw is quite expensive!

I love that you can filter and dispense water simultaneously!!! Easy to use and good quality. I like that the packaging was cardboard formed to protect during shipping instead of white foam.

Great Investment

Our tap water has a strong chlorine smell so we had been purchasing bottled water for years. This dispenser removes all of that smell and tastes fresh and clean. It is a nice size and fits easily into our refrigerator. No more lugging gallons of water for us or recycling plastic jugs. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Tastes amazing!

Our family drinks a lot of water and unfortunately are tap water is undrinkable. This definitely helps with filtering out all the minerals and chemicals and leaves the water tasting great! Made such a difference. Now we feel safe drinking water from the tap and do not have to buy water bottles, keeping our waste to a minimum.

This is the best tasting water! The filling and dispensing is slow but worth the wait. Easy to set up with little waiting. Fits well in the fridge.

Great concept, but too slow

Water is a very slow trickle. Takes forever to fill a cup. & the dispenser button get stuck. You have to push it back in to get the water to stop.
