It was so great to have a solution like this, such peace of mind. Unfortunately, this past week, the press faucet has been leaking from the bottom. At first, we dealt with it and placed a towel underneath. But now the flow is so strong that we are no longer able to use it.

Looks nice, flawed design

I couldn’t get the bottle filter compartment open. I can hardly reach the inside filter to remove. It takes forever to filter and fill. Doesn’t hold much in the pitcher. Would love my money back. Luckily it’s just for my desk but I will still buy a different brand once I’m done using the filters. I do not recommend this pitcher.

Excellent replacement for bottled water

Tap water in my city is just gross (i don’t even feed it to my dog) but thanks to this water filter it’s finally drinkable. I was buying several 2.5 gallon bottled water jugs a week and have been so conflicted with all of the plastic being ‘recycled’, like is it actually being recycled - maybe not. No more single use plastics and good tasting fresh water. I’m so happy I found this!

Spigot leaks- fixed it ourselves

The spigot leaked until my husband replaced the nylon washer to shim the spring, making it tighter so it pushes harder on the spout seal. The water is delicious, but with the leak very wasteful.

Easy to use Life Straw pitcher. Provids the best water I’ve tasted by filtering out all the stuff you don’t want in your water!!
Easy to replace the filters. But the 1 year filters pack fir the best deal.

Great water, awkward design.

Pros: The water tastes great, and I like knowing that it's super-filtered.
Cons: The height of the pitcher makes it hard to fill from the tap, it's awkward to hold the top flap open while filling, and you can't tell if it's full until it overflows. And the position of the handle makes it a little unwieldy to pour.
