Two Home Dispensers for My Family!

I ordered a home dispenser for my family and we loved it so much that I ordered a second one for use at our cottage. Our cottage has well water which I don't always trust given we're not always there to use the water regularly to keep it flowing and therefore it's a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and other harmful waterborne diseases to develop in the well and the water system. I'll just need to empty the dispenser between our visits (I don't want to leave the water sit in it in the heat for weeks on end). It'll be a blessing to be able to actually use our well water rather than hauling water jugs with us every time we go. Thank you LIfeStraw for a quality, life-changing product!

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a 10-cup pitcher a few months ago, and it leaked. We found small cracks in the bottom. I emailed LifeStraw and they replaced the pitcher without charge and sent a silicon protector for the bottom.
We have used other brands of filters, but I like that LifeStraw filters out so much more than others do.

Leaked & ruined my floor

Upon initial use (first 6 months), I loved the pitcher. I suggested it to all my friends and they all loved it too. Unfortunately, the way the spout is built, frequent use prevents it from being leak free. My friends’ pitchers also started leaking from the same place.
Because of this, the pitcher slowly leaked onto my kitchen floor, beneath the wall separating the kitchen and dining room, then ultimately ruined the laminate in the dining room. Since we were renting, our landlord now expects us pay to replace the entire floor.
Ultimately, would not recommend due to poorly designed features that result in a leaking spout.

It was a little hard to install it at first, but it works amazing. I'm kinda picky with how my water tastes and this filter makes the water taste so refreshing!

Since I'm on a small community well for water, I purchased this product to filter the tap water that I use for making coffee & drinking. I previously purchased bottled water but no longer have to do that. This pitcher works great & it removed the well water taste. The color of the water is crystal clear after using the filter. I'm more than happy with this purchase.

Hold good amount for one person. I try to keep it full so refill alot. The design is much better than others on the market. Quality well I did have to get a replacement but thanks to lifestraw they took care of it and sent the Silone base which does make the difference. I didn't know they had one. So they stand behind the product as well
