When we first ordered the home dispenser, it came cracked and was leaking. After contacting Lifestraw, they replaced it as fast as possible free of charge. Well, the new one has now started leaking too. I love how much their filters do, but our next purchase will have to be the glass pitcher.

I love our LifeStraw Home pitchers! We have two - one for the counter and one for the fridge. The glass one I keep on the counter - it looks so nice and I love that its glass. Thanks for making a product that's as easy as Britta, but which keeps us much safer from pollutants in our water - and the pitchers are so attractive too!

We have been eyeballing this water filter for months, and then our brita would continue to grow algae for some unknown reason. So we decided to just get it, and my family and i LOVE it. It tastes super clean, and it never has any carbon flakes in it!
