Love the concept, design is flawed

We have been loving the difference in our filtered water, but after only a few weeks of the product we noticed that it has a serious dripping problem. I think the mechanics of how the water is dispense is flawed. Competing brands use more of a handle to dispense the water and we haven’t had problems, but this one even after releasing the little push button we have noticed a lot of water dripping out throughout the day. It’s the only downside but otherwise the difference in the water is definitely noticed. I just wish we weren’t losing so much water, it feels like a waste.

The size and design are ideal for my limited counterspace. The assembly is easy. The filtered water tastes fresh and is rejuvenating. (I drink it at room temperature and use it for my hot tea)

So far, we love the product. It's easy to use, and the water is noticably better tasting. So much so, that I don't want to drink our tap water straight out of the tap.
I trust that it's healthier, but haven't had it tested yet.

Thank you for new LifeStraw water pitcher PLUS silicone anti-crack base! What a great product, great customer service, and great tasting (hopefully healthier!) water. I am getting older and hauling big heavy containers of water was starting to become painful. I am a satisfied customer.

Almost Perfect

In terms of the filtration, water quality and flavor, this pitcher is it. Coming from using the Brita equivalent with the Longlast filters, this water taste so much better. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the spout design that actually releases the water should be more similar to the Britas. I use a 32oz hydro flask and home and store the dispenser in the fridge so its more helpful if it was an actual valve rather than the design that is currently utilized on the lifestraw dispenser. Especially when you want to use filtered water for things requiring much larger volumes of water, not have a spout that can keep itself open is super annoying and a problem this dispenser should not have.
