I have been using the LifeStraw water pitcher
for years because I believe that it works based on the difference of the water taste in side by side comparison. Our antiquated water system fails time and again and agencies that test and regulate our water purification do not notify customers in a timely fashion, if at all, when a boil order is put into effect. Also, the plastic pollution crisis world wide is staggering and LifeStraw products give me the ability to have safe water without contributing to the overwhelming problem.

My water straight from the tap is undrinkable. Tastes like dirt! And actually has dirt in it! Lifestraw filter pitcher has allowed me to stop buying water bottles and drink from the tap again. Saving the ecosystem and my pocketbook!

Great product

I’m referring to LifeStraw’s whole water filter unit. Out of the box it took a few weeks until I decided to stop my supply of bottled water and start using the pitcher from later system. Setup was easy. The unit looks beautiful. The water tastes great! I’m very happy to no longer be tossing so much plastic, and to be enjoying freshly filtered water!

We live on the coast, and our water has a lot of iron. Your filtration system does the best job more than anything else we have tried. The water taste fresh and I love a glass decanter verses a plastic one. And, last, but not least, I love what you do to bring clean water to this world!

I have been using your product for a year I admire what you are trying to do and fortunately I do not have a large family. If I did I would not be able to use the water filter pitcher. It does not hold that much water and it is extremely heavy when filled. Children could not lift it without difficulty. So your product is fine for me but it is not for everyone

This is the second time I replaced the filter and this time it took quite a bit of “flushing” to make the taste acceptable. I followed the instructions to run one batch through the filter but the water tasted like tap. It took at least 4 batches to be acceptable. Also it would be good to have an indicator on the pitcher to alert you to changing the filter, you have to rely on your tastebuds.
