The best neutral water taste

I use LifeStraw filters for several years now and it’s the only one on the market, in its category, that gives me this neutral taste. I inherited very high capacity of taste bugs and LifeStraw is totally satisfying. Real quality of the filtration for harmful products as I never conducted any control of their quality as filter I can’t say? As I live on a well the water is controlled two times a year and is only a little too much loaded in iron and magnesium. With my filter on the countertop I can’t taste anymore the presence of those two chemicals. So I am very satisfied.

The fewer plastics the better. My niece has 1 too. You can pour while it’s filtering the next batch of water. Too bad the filter cases are plastic but I get it

How Do I Return This Product?

I still have the pitcher in the box. I want to return it with the filters I purchased. I checked to see if Life Straw filtration would remove the contaminants in my local water. Alexa said that it need a reverse osmosis system due to heavy metals, chemicals, and dissolved salts found in our local water. Please let me know how to return this product

I already own the glass version and also a countertop dispenser. I love them both! I purchased the plastic one to have a lighter pitcher to bring on trips!

Great water filter works well on our counter. One possible improvement would be a rubberized base to keep it from slipping while dispensing water.

Good filter but could be better

The design of the filters indicates change once a year and for the small filter every two months based on 40gallons use over two months. We use more than that so we replace the filters more often. Maybe you can design some kind of max use filter for 50-55 gallons of water so I don't have to change every 45 days which I have been doing . We go through almost a gallon of water every day and change the big filter at 9 months, not 12.
