My first water filter

This is my first time with any home water filter. I did take the filter out to see how it works and it was simple to do. I love not having a chlorine taste to my water.

A review and one question.

I love your product ! The water tastes like from afresh well, clean and refreshing. So far I have replaced the filter once. One question I have: I am traveling a lot for work, sometimes for 4 to 6 weeks. How do I store the filter and pitcher, so I can use it when I return? Thank you for an amazing product. I will recommend it!

Outstanding with one minor irritation - the top flap doesn’t automatically drop back down but sticks in the open position and has to be pushed closed manually. I thought it would eventually loosen up, but I’ve been using it a few weeks now and the issue remains. Other than that, it’s beautifully designed.

We've just started using the Life Straw 18 cup carafe and figured it made sense to buy a pack of filters. It's hard to really give a positive review because we haven't used them yet.

Great (no) taste

I’ve been drinking Target’s Good&Gather bottled water, which is awesome: no taste and crisp. This filter results in water that is perfectly tasteless but not quite crisp. To be fair Target’s water says it uses advanced filtration and reverse osmosis, so it’s not completely comparable. I am pleased with the lack of taste and other benefits of Lifewater’s filter though. It’s nice to not feel the need to buy water. I have recommended the filter to my mom. Please consider redesigning the spout at the bottom to be straighter so water doesn’t collect.
