I have bought 2 10 cup pitchers and a large dispenser. Pleased with all products so far. I had a filter that wasn't draining properly so I order new and it took care of the issue. The yearly bundle is a good value.

The filter stopped working after 4 months

I am very disappointed with my home dispenser system. I purchased it four months ago, and have been replacing the carbon filter every 2 months as recommended. After I replaced the carbon filter 4 days ago, the system stopped working. The water will not drip through and just sits in the top part of the dispenser. I disassembled the system, and rinsed out both the membrane filter and carbon filter. It began working again, but two days later, it stopped filtering again. Once again, I disassembled the system, rinsed everything, and it worked. And then it stopped working again about 6 hours later. It's impossible to find information on how to fix this issue online. The chat person (or AI bot, who knows) suggested soaking the membrane filter in mouthwash (?!!). The membrane filter is supposed to last a year, and has only lasted 4 months. We have been relying on this filter since Hurricane Helene. I would like to have a reliable system that does not require being taken apart every few hours.

Vacation Storage

We used our Life Straw 18 cup on an extended vacation and plan to use it again in six months. It would be helpful to have readily available detailed instructions for temporary storage, including drying out thoroughly all parts to avoid mold growth OR advising the purchase of a new filter.

My child lives in Ann Arbor and we've found they are allergic to something in the city water. Most likely some chemical used in processing. Your filters are a lifesaver. They have saved us so much money and made them feel so much better! Thank you!

Love this pitcher! The tap water here taste like it come from a swimming pool & makes me feel ill when I drink it. I filter it through this pitcher & I love how it comes out. It taste so clean & doesn't smell like chlorine. 100% recommended!

It is a beautiful water container. So great and for the first time in a very long time we are drinking and cooking in clean water. Really clean water you can taste the difference it is so wonderful thank you for making such a great product!!

Waste of money

The filter may be great, but must be refilled multiple times to fill the pitcher - for only 7 cups of water. It's like watching paint dry to the water through the pitcher. If you have hours a day to watch water drip, you'll love it. Otherwise, it's avoidable frustration.
