I began using lifestraw for hiking, but tried the home pitcher to decrease PFAS and microplastic exposure. But I can actually taste the difference, water lifestraw pitcher is delicious! Highly recommend.

I bought a 7-cup glass pitcher a while ago, so I needed replacement filters. I like and use ofte this pitcher filter everyday, giving me a comfort.
Question:
1) Although I bought a glass pitcher, I wonder if a plastic pitcher may still have problems of producing microplastics.

2) I assume that your filter system can remove microplastics, but not nanoplastics, which is too small. Correct?

Filter works good. I think it would be good to include the silicone base cover with the 10 cup pitcher. On first pitcher I had I cracker the bottom of it by bumping it on the counter.
It is a good product but I think the silicone cover is a must.

I trust life straw so much that it’s in my earthquake kit. One in my car for emergencies and now I finally have a pitcher filtering my water. Easy, my water tastes great, and I feel it helps my health. Ditch the plastic water bottles and buy this pitcher!

I was trying to purchase a non plastic water pitcher filter as this was advertised (glass pitcher) and I received a plastic pitcher with no explanation from the company!! Terrible!

All good except the cap

I like what the filter gets out of my water.
However, the filter housing cap is REALLY difficult to open! The design is sleek, yes, but the taper means you can't get a grip easily. What am I supposed to do: go in search of a younger male with a powerful grip?
