The replacement filters for the 7-cup pitcher are probably fine, but it takes an annoyingly long time to fill the pitcher. Pour in a couple of cups of water, wait till it drips through, pour in more water, wait more, on and on for at least 15-20 minutes. While I appreciate what the filters do and the resulting water, it would be nice not to have to wait so long.

I love it! It is pretty tall for the fridge in my apartment (compact). The first set up took a few minutes but immediately after using it I noticed a difference in the scent and flavor of my water. Water tastes like water.

Old building, hard water, much better water!!

I work in an oldder building with very strong tasting hard water. It even made my tea taste funny. This has filtered out all the contaminates and I am back to hitting my water drinking goals!
