when the 2 different filters need to be changed out.

I refill my pitcher maybe 6 or so times daily. Thus, replacing the filters needs to be more often than every other month. So I bought the package of 6 so I can do it as needed. The subscription rate is only available for the lesser time frame. Secondly, I was horrified to discover the yellowed state of the bigger filter. Nowhere was there info that suggested appropriate time frames to replace that one. Based on what you do offer, I'm assuming it's every 6 mos?

I find your home dispenser to be truly fantastic.
It works absolutely great and is very easy to use.
The water after it is filtered is excellent, so clean and refreshing. You can taste the difference immediately.

We are very happy with Lifestraw products. We initially purchased two for ourselves a few years ago. Both design and filters stands up pretty well against time and love how it makes a social impact we bought another for our daughter. We are thinking to purchase individual size ones for travel. Thank you!

Fulfills my wishes for not only clean tasting, but pure water free of microplastics.

Too slow and heavy!

Impractical because it is so slow to filter. I followed setup exactly and the rate never changed. There are only 2 of us and I have to fill the small reservoir after every use. I can't imagine that it would work for a larger family or frequent uses. It's also heavy - not for hurting hands!
