Broken Filter

The bottom part of the filter won’t unscrew so I can’t even use the pitcher that I purchased. I watched videos online to help me take the bottom cap off and nothing worked. Either this product is terrible or I have a defective filter and I don’t want to pay for another one.

Really clean tasting water! my county has a pretty good source, but like everything now, there are still contaminates listed on the ewg water testing rating - my neighbor had a glass and said “that’s the best tap water I’ve ever tasted” , same thing happened when I was living in city of Atlanta, Fulton county water does not taste good! I brought my life straw pitcher… I offered a glass of water to the xfinity internet installer- he also said: “that’s the BEST tasting water” I explained it also gets rid of microplastics and other contaminates too. It’s excellent. I wish the filters were more affordable for everyone.

Excellent water for coffee.

Enjoying the water. I use it to make coffee. I think the coffee is better with this LifeStraw filter than it was with my previous filter. Great product.

As I have no way of knowing whether the filter is working as it should, I am assuming it is doing its job. The pitcher is aesthetically pleasing but too tall for my refrigerator. I should have measured I guess. So, I leave it on the counter but the water is not cold. It also takes longer to filter than I anticipated but it makes sense that it would take a while.

Daily water filter

This remarkable filter keeps my tap water clean enough for me to drink. Not that my tap water is dirty, but my lungs are sensitive to a mycobacteria that exists in all water. Though most people do not have problems with these bacteria, I do. Most filters do not filter to the level of .2 microns this one is a game changer.

pitcher leaks

I've used the straw filter when traveling and really like the product. So I bought a pitcher for my home. I've had the pitcher about 1 year and it has started to leak from the bottom I can't see any cracks. I didn't drop it or cause any damage to it. I plan to order another one but hope it lasts more than a year, otherwise I'll have to stop using the product
