I don’t like the spout. The pitcher slides when you push the spout. The water does taste good.

I love the product but I do wish that the hole where the water dispenses was a little bigger so it didn’t take so long to get a glass of water.

Pre-war NYC building water

I live in an old, pre-war building in Manhattan. The water we have in the city is typically great, but old building pipes taint the water. I felt like there was a strange iron tats yea to the water and I wondered if there was bacteria too, as my stomach was constantly upset. My sister told me about this brand and since I drink a lot of water each day, I bought the countertop model. I’ve purchased other brands in years passed and they were fine, but I wanted a product that was manufactured by a more progressive company. In regards to the countertop unit, the “gel” filter is amazing and unlike any other I’ve used. The additional carbon filter makes the water taste so much better. I am not feeling sick any more, and I’ve even started filling my cat’s water bowl with the filtered water, and he’s drinking more. Overall, the cost of the product was worth the expense.

The system appears to filter well results in a nice tasting water.
The pitcher is too tall. I have add tap water with a glass. I hope they make a shorter version.

I definitely prefer this system over the popular brand that behind with "B". It's glass, the filters last a long time - and I just find it easier to deal with all around - and definitely more elegant in design.

Overall, the filter picture is elegant in appearance and easy to use. The water tastes great so I assume the filter is doing what it’s supposed to do! Mineral deposits around the silicon lid are are difficult (impossible?) to remove but don’t interfere with function.

Excellent filtration

We have clean water where I live but I enjoy the flavour more when it’s filtered by these products. Also keeping the pitcher in the fridge means I don’t have to waste tap water waiting for it to run cold. (Wish there was a recycling program for the used filters.)
