Great for RVs

We like the life straw pitcher. We have the 10 cup plastic. It’s a little heavy when filled with water but manageable. We were under a boil water notice for a month so decided this was a better option than buying water constantly.

Low quality plastic

I received a replacement pitcher under warranty after the original one cracked at the base. For whatever reason, the rim of the base (where the bottom circular piece meets the walls of the pitcher) seems to be fragile. Both the original and replacement cracked in this area within 3 months. This is also a very heavy pitcher when full, which likely contributes to this issue, though I tried to be especially gentle with the replacement. My Brita of comparable size/capacity has never had this issue. The plastic also retains water stains/hard water residue in a way that Brita does not with equally frequent use from the same water source. All in all, I really wanted to like this one because it looks so nice and I like the filter first to pour freely. However, it's just not worth the trouble for such a high-use item.

One of the best purifiers I've bought. I was looking for one that could conveniently fit on my counter or in my fridge and wanted a dispenser that was separate of the faucet or the fridge in case of a power outage. As I'm in Maine, this came in super handy. I'm on day 4 without power and while the tap water is still running (a win!) it's incredibly treated and tastes like chlorine. With the LifeStraw dispenser, it's a non-issue. I may not have power, but I have potable clean water which means it's one less thing to think about during this time.

We’ve had four fur babies get diagnosed with cancer. I’m convinced it’s the water so I bought two of these and they work great. You can definitely taste a difference and I’m so happy i got these.
