Dispenser doesn’t hold water

Just bought a brand new unit. It doesn’t hold water and constantly leaks from the dispensing hole. Don’t know how to fix.

Great water dispenser

This water dispenser is wonderful! It’s the perfect size for 2 people who drink a lot of water throughout the day and fits right in the fridge. The filters are great and truly make our water taste better! I would definitely recommend and buy again!

I have had the Life Straw Pitcher for about 3 years now. I am NOT a fan of water however Life Straw has largely changed that. I enjoy the taste and filter all my water prior to consumption.

LOVE my LifeStraw - suggestions for accessibility

I love my LifeStraw Pitcher. LOVE. Five stars. However - two things could make these products more accessible to people like me, who have weak hands and poor eyesight. Make the instructions in a darker, higher contrast, larger font. And suggest using one of those rubber jar openers to remove the filter housing for the 2 month filter, because I can't remove it otherwise.

Both the glass and plastic

Both the glass and plastic 7-cup do a great job filtering but they they could use a better handle. The balance is very bad when picking up and pouring.
