We were so excited for this but..

This water dispenser leaks constantly into our fridge. Everyday I’m cleaning the fridge out, and not just a couple of drips or drops. We’re talking all shelves covered and drawers having water in them. Very disappointed :/

I have two Lifestraw filters, a large one for the fridge, and one I leave on the counter.
I love that I can give up having water delivered. Our filtered tap water now tastes great. And love them so much, I gave some as gifts at Christmas.

Dislike because pouring requires 2

Dislike because pouring requires 2 hands because it requires constant pressure to hold the button so the unit slides onto the counter so need 2nd hand to hold it steady so not a good design.

EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED

I HAVE WELL WATER AND ONLY HAVE A FILTER ON THE FAUCET IN MY KITCHEN. I HAVE A COFFEE MAKER UPSTAIRS BUT IT WAS A PAIN IN THE NECK TO CARRY FILTERED WATER UPSTAIRS TO BREW COFFEE. THIS FILTERED DISPENSER SITS ON MY BATHROOM VANITY AND I CAN EASILY MAKE COFFEE WITH GOOD TASTING WATER ANYTIME. IN FACT, i JUST MADE A POT RIGHT NOW. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. THANKS.

Great home water filtering process. Water never tasted so sweet and looked so clear. Like the fact that all bad things are being filtered out--better for my family's health. Moreover, like the fact that buying such a great filtering process also helps those in other countries. . .
