Leaking

I'm not sure why it's leaking yet. It shouldn't be hard to make a water dispenser but somehow you figured out how to over engineer it and cause water to leak out slowly for seemingly no reason.

Great counter top water filter

Works great, easy to setup, takes water and makes it taste better. It gets quicker the more you use it which is nice. I haven't tried it with contaminated water yet but so far works great on the counter top.

Filter replacement

I had received this pitcher as a gift. The filter was not within it. I contacted Lifestraw, and they happily replaced my filter at no charge!! Now my pitcher works as it should, I Love this!! Thank you Lifestaw! I will be a customer for Life!

I LOVE my water dispenser! It is stylish and holds a lot more water than my old one. In fact, multiple friends have commented on the fact that they have not seen this one! That they like it better than the one they saw at the store. Well… I didn’t get it from the big box store!!! 🤣 The company’s mission to provide clean drinking water to underserved communities and the attention to detail and design have made it a hit within my circle.
